Good Morning All!

A registrants for the NS 450 will receive an email this morning with links to the GPX files and instructions.

Make sure you download ALL 3 of the files (Instructions, Day One & Day Two!

Be sure to update your GPS to the latest maps FIRST and correctly set your GPS for custom routing BEFORE you install the GPX files!

Is there anywhere specific in these routes for like a lunch stop?

Trying to look at them on Google Maps, but I don't see anything standing out to me in the route. Just want to know if there's a place I should be looking for.

There are many places to stop but I did include a POI for lunch called OMG Burgers and Brew.

Which (time allowing) we will stop for lunch on Saturday.

The routes were designed for Garmin devices and they show up on them.

There are also many on the way home but the one we will be going to is "It's Nutts" Route 29 before you get to Trenton. We had a great Tomato Pie there on our way home last week.

The files are NOT compatible with Google maps. You can use them in Google Earth but you need to convert them from GPX. (The universal file extension for GPS devices) to KML files for use with Google Earth.

Google earth requires a HUGE amount of memory to run correctly!

OMG Burgers was the place Ron and I stopped on the 2024 NS450 and it was amazing! Looking forward to enjoying it again this year. I may be looking for some riding partners though as this year Ron and any of my other buds were not able to participate.

You are always welcome to ride with us Anthony...

We can't leave until we close registration and get the hall cleaned up and put back the way we found it.

OMG doesn't open until noon...

We may be taking a short cut though depending on timing.

Wayne, I may just do that as I think riding it solo would not be as fun. Also that means I can also help clean up which will save you guys some time.

We appreciate that Anthony but if you have a chance to do that section go for it.... The last section heading South to Route 97 is amazing! We save the best roads for last!
